Refund and Return policy

Please review the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when buying from Zentad.

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, if:

(a) You have received a product with damaged or contaminated package;

(b) You have received a product that is defective or otherwise bad;

(c) You have received a wrong item;

(d) You have changed your mind and want to return an unused and unopened product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items: You have the same refund rights for sale items as you do for full-priced items.

We reserve the right not to refund a customer if the item is damaged due to self-repair attempts or repair by a third party.

Return Process:

Step #1 – Contact us at  to initiate a return. Provide your Full Name, Email, Order number, and reason for return. If approved, we'll send you a Return shipping label within 1-3 business days, along with instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Step #2 – Safely repack your product, ensuring the provided order number is securely attached to the package. Send the item to the Return address provided by our customer support team. We can only accept returns with the attached order number, sent to the designated Returns address. Non-defective items must be returned unused, in the original manufacturer's condition, and in undamaged packaging.

Step #3 – Provide us with the tracking number of the returning parcel and your order number. Please be aware that return shipping fees will not be refunded. Returns without tracking numbers may be refused by our warehouse, so ensure to use a registered or trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number.

Step #4 – Allow 2-5 business days for the inspection of returned items. Refunds will be processed within this timeframe. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note that used products are not eligible for refunds. You will be automatically refunded through your original payment method.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer's Guarantee: Zentad offers a 9-month warranty from the purchase date against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. This guarantee doesn't cover damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping the product or deliberate misuse. Zentad will repair or replace the product at its expense. In case of a defective product, Zentad will replace it with a new one. Refunds aren't issued under the manufacturer's guarantee, only replacements or repairs.
